Kelly Smithson and Benjamin Sanford founded Staffing Solutions, in 2003 to respond to the growing demand for experienced Nursing Professionals throughout the country. Having worked for recruiting firms both large and small, they have 12 years of experience with a variety of recruiting processes and quality control systems. It became evident to both of them that nobody was offering resource solutions to customers with specialized needs. On the contrary, the industry norm seemed to be moving toward homogenous mass merchandising of general skills, while their customers complained. For these reasons, they founded Staffing Solutions; a company dedicated to building relationships based on knowledge, specialization and customer service. In the future, they plan to continue to specialize.
